I have found that if I can find at least one thing to be grateful every day then I am able to be more positive and focus more on what I have instead of what I don't have.

I have started threads like this before and hope that others are willing to share their gratitude daily. It really does help.

It doesn't matter how important or how insignificant something may be. Just post.

Blessings, strength and courage to all.
Angela

~Have faith. Without faith there is no hope. Without hope there is nothing.

Although I may be knowledgeable, I am not a doctor, therapist or any other professional in this area. My experiences and opinion are just that. Hopefully others can relate though. :)

Today I am grateful that my morning is complete and over with. I don't think I can handle any more triggers today.
Blessings, strength and courage to all.

Today I am grateful for being given a volunteer position with my local cat rescue to foster mother cats and their kittens in my home until they are ready to move on to new loving families.
