Hey Southern, I know you are being serious, at least I think you are, but I can't resist..which one? lol, the bipolar for me is still a learning thing, being new at it, I am still trying to understand.

My panic attacks have pretty much disappeared since starting the lamictal, my stress levels have dropped, but their still there, and most of the time I know what is causing it, his name is Glenn...rofl..

Learning is a life long process.

i KNOW im bipolar as it gets... ive researched everything that i can about the disorder so im beginning to notice the triggers for mania and depression. i consider that a good thing so i know what to expect in the days that lay ahead.

anxiety... its always with me... everyday.

O.C.D... definitely! im a freak lol. i get obsessive!!

psychosis... sometimes, not much tho... its more an inner battle for me

depression... one word... SUCKS!

hallucinations... every now and again, but its usually something that catches my eye and i have to do a double-take to make sure its not really there

i try to learn everything that i can about each of my disorders... i want to know what to expect and how to deal with my feelings in a positive way.

good topic southern!
