1. Depressed - need my friends

2 = Depressed and I can tell it is going to hang around awhile

3. Depressed - but my favorite ______ < insert word could cheer me up

4 = partly cloudy, moving but not motivated, functioning

5 = fine, functional, steady, stable, working list

6 = looking forward to the day, sunny, energized

7 = feeling great, looking FANTASTIC, couldn't be better

8 = up since 4 am cleaning, rearranged the living room, wrote the President, had sex twice

9 = can't stop thinking, why are all these other people so slow and stupid, time is short possibilities unlimited, I need to write that down perhaps start a novel, get out of my way

10 = the television told me I was sent by God direct to save the world so I gave away all my worldly possessions and am walking the universe ridding it from evil as I find it...and it is everywhere

Good Morning friends! Time to rise and shine sleepyheads! Silly me I forgot to actually post the numbers yesterday. I am such a goof ball! I am a 6 but still a little drained from yesterday. After having an entire day of doing nothing at my desk, they bombarded me with work yesterday and my brain is still a little fried. But I am ok because it is Friday Eve! I hope we all have a good day!

A big warm welcome to the newbies- we love ya already!

thinking a 6
I am not a Dr and therefore are not able to provide medical advice, the opinions I express are mine and based on my experiences and should not be taken as anything other than my opinion.

You awake as if from a nightmare to find yourself standing in front of a blank wall, dazed with no idea as to how you got there.

You feel something in your hand. You look down to see you are holding paint brush, you are confused. Out of the corner of your eye you see a table, on that table is some paint. The colours make you feel happy and safe, you look to the other side, and there is another table with paint. The colours are dark and remind you of your nightmare, a chill runs down your spine at the thought of it.

You look back at the canvas and see something you missed before. Now you understand. you chose a colour, and begin to paint.

Above the wall was written,

Your life

I am actually a seven or even a nine. I actually have been racing today. I am so relieved that I am not depressed anymore. Everything is racing. Aren't you happy for me? I came up with amazing ideas while I was teaching today. AMAZING!!! God Bless You All!!!!!!!!!!!!
