Why is it that I can always find a way to push a person away... I have been dating someone for several months now and every now and then I just can't stand them anymore... I pick a fight, put them down or plain just not call them. Its like this sick game I play of catch and release, how many times can I continue to play this game with the same person before they finally say "fuck it". I have heard it from more than one person, that "emotionally they cannot continue this relationship" So eventually my fish gets smart and does not allow it to be caught again.

Is this a normal bp symptom, I enjoy the excitement of working them back into my life and then crapping all over it, what the fuck is wrong with me???

"...what the fuck is wrong with me???"--esamericat

...attitude, maybe!?

Heya esamericat!

Thanks for your post!

I will guar-on-tee that your illness will not just go away.

I spent nearly forty years waiting for things to get better on their own. Things got worse--not better. I shared that information with others like me, and after thousands (true) of dialogues with them the story has not changed. No one got better without doing something (attitude, beliefs, reactions).

BUT..., maybe you're different--only you can say.

Here's a thread you might be interested in:

Keep coming back, and I'm sure you will hear someone else tell your story. I believe, when a bunch of people get together to discuss a common problem, they will eventually find all the answers to their questions.

Take care.
