 i have already taken a nap because i couldn't do anything and feel guilty for it. My 7 year old daughter has had to fend for herself this afternoon. Now dinner time is drawing near and i have sink full of dishes and it feels way too daunting to drag myself into the kitchen. i guess i need someone to tell me i can do it, because i really feel like i can't. i hate feeling so unmotivated and lethargic.

1mg Lorazepam (Ativan) PRN (up to 3 per day)

 I know that is how you feel. This damn disease of ours makes us think all kinds of things. Just know that is the disease talking. You are not worthless and you can do what needs to be done. If you have to, wash like 2 dishes and then watch a program on TV then wash a couple more. I have had to do that before. Next thing you know, it is done. Just a thought.

 i love that movie, hence the quote. Dinner is made and being eaten. i did it! Now i just have to supervise homework, hair and teeth brushing and get her off to bed. After making dinner, that sounds almost easy.......... Thank you for the support!
