That's a nice thought. I say do it! Put all of your thoughts and experiences on paper and see where it goes. You never know, it could be a best seller someday!!

I've actually wrote about my experiences with bipolar disorder a couple times, I haven't done so in a while though... maybe I should get back to it

I have thought about writing a "my life" kinda book but then told myself that no one would publish it under anything other than fiction.

Good for you! I say go for it!

I actually have most of my life in writing already that I started working on about a year after I was diagnosed 4 years ago. I don't know that I could ever publish it or even show it to anyone for that matter. It's so incredibly detailed I would have to edit out probably 1/2 of it to protect so many people that I truly love and care about. To that end... I'm not sure anyone would ever speak to me again if they read it! LOL!

Good Luck!!!

Anna

You don't get over it, you just get through it. You don't get by it because you cant get around it. It doesn't get better, it just gets different.

"You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do." ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
