I get days just like you've described, sometimes its just ok to take it easy and go to bed early, but i would not want to see you wake up in the middle of the night tho. I wonder what's causing this? Maybe due to being in the winter months, or you having med changes right now, i'm so sorry you feel like this, try hard to just 'accept' this feeling and not fight it, sometimes it just has to be, take care, keep posting we are all here for you and you are not alone.

Feeling like this is no fun at all. I hate those days and usually I just do take my medications and fall asleep. Tomorrow is a new day though and I hope that it is a lot better for you.
