I was just wondering how many of you are taking a medication, or would for a side effect. i just started Geodon 2 weeks ago I am on 20mg twice daily, so it is a pretty low dose. I noticed I suck on my tongue and my fingers and toes are most times moving. I am either rubbing my index finger to my thumb or my toes are wiggling (all uncontrollable, but I can stop it if I really concentrate and do nothing else) otherwise the med is helping me. I am not sure what a dose increase will do, make the movement worse or will it go away with time. My question is if a med is working but the side effect is a problem, would you take another med for the side effect? "Happiness is a state of mind not a destination"

"MDJunction to me is a life saver... when i first was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease i wrote a message to a page i found on google, hoping that they could help me.... you'd never know it but that weird feeling (you know that one where it feels like someone actually cares) came over me when i opened my email next day to find that someone on the other side of the world (at the American Medical Library)had read my message while i was sleeping, and there low and behold was the address to MDJunction.... well it is everything to me, i live it breathe it and love it!!!!! I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other.
