Hun, you sound like my daughter. When she gets in a fight with her girlfriend, the walls aren't safe Smile

Welcome to the site!

Are you taking any meds? Course fights are a trigger, I know.

I'm BP 1, rapid cycling. I'm pretty sure my daughter is as well, but can't get her into a Pdoc. And she lives far away.

This is a great site for support, venting, friends and just chatting.

I hope you feel better. Try some slow breathing to calm down. Count while you're breathing and only think about the breathing.

They call me Jrock :)

Bipolar 1

Trileptal 1200 mg

Sorry you are having a bad time. I throw things when I get angry. I have punched a hole in the wall as well.
