Thanks everyone for your support.

its day three on 10mg Prozac and I'm feeling good. The depression is pretty much gone and my emotions are coming back. Its good to have feelings again. when I cried at the end of the movie last night it was the first time in almost a year. It was good tears not sad tears.

I can only hope as the Prozac gets into my system I'll continue to feel better. Smile

peace & hugs

Glad you are feeling good. It's great that your depression is lifting and you are able to cry tears of happiness instead of sadness. You are making a lot of progress.

Isen't it a relief to feel the depression lifting, that is such a good feeling. Also, when you feel those emotions coming back i find its like i'm 'waking up' once again to becoming the 'me' that i want and need to be. Thanks for letting us know how you are doing, we care Rick and this is good news for all of us on a Sunday morning, gives us hope that we can get better with lots of perseverance and patience.
