Yes, I agree med changes are very hard! First you have to figure out if what you are feeling is a result of going off the last drug, the affect of the new drug, or a side affect of the new drug or is it that your just tired or not feeling well or something awful happened that is just causing you to be depressed. I tried to go off Xanax once and ended up lieing in bed most of the day staring at the wall. I hope that you feel better soon and that your doctor is understanding if you feel you need to call them. My doctor is understanding except he has never heard of the side affects of some of these drugs even though I have verified through the internet that it is indeed a side affect! Grrrgh!
