maMONa!!! I just read this!!! sounds like you are having a really tough time. Please go for help. It may surprise you that getting help is the way out. If you lose your mind you are going to lose the job anyway if you can't cope. There is nothing to be ashamed of about getting help. Please do it...love ya bunches...you know I do.

You have been there for me. Gloria would say to H&LL with what people think. You worry about yourself and getting the help you need...be selfish for once. Think of maMONa and what she needs to become healthy....

Comments made by me are from my own experience and they are my opinion alone, whose intent is only to share that opinion and not to give medical advice nor discourage from seeking medical help. Medicine is best left to the professionals that is what they do.

Hello MaMONa. Please get the help you need. Do you have sick leave where you work? If so, you could just use that and get help. You can simply say you have to go in for testing and say you would rather not talk about it.

I think it's great that you know you need help and you are asking for it. You need to go get it. Don't be afraid of telling people about it. They don't need to know about any of it. Get with a psychiatrist and get put on medications, you will feel a lot better. We need medications to get better and I think you know that. Don't suffer, it's an awful way to go through life. Please get the help you need. We will be here for you every step of the way.
