Wow I don't know how to start this post because I can't catch a thought in my racing mind. I am floating right now. I am listening to Schubert, a piano Impromptu. It would be so nice to be that talented. I close my eyes and travel with him to a world like no other.

Schubert will keep me safe. You all are keeping me safe from the people that are following me. Thank you so very much. I am in my room and know they can't find me here. I am safe. In some ways I feel so completely alone and in other ways I feel like I am with my best friends. LOL to think I have friends... I am listening to The "Trout" right now.

Thank you for keeping me safe from the people that are following me. They want me dead and will stop at nothing.

Feels overwhelming doesn't it? I know how you feel, but you will learn as I did that as long as you don't get violent, they won't actually come for you. If your prescribed anti psychotics, take them, try not to watch the news-read a book, get a bite to eat, listen to music (like your doing), play a video game, something that isn't going to stress you to much. It's tempting to play their game or to provoke a response from them-try not to do this, it only makes things worse. When you feel up for it, go see or at least call your doctor.

Pm me anytime,

Mike

I"m sorry you are still thinking that they are after you. Occupy your mind. Keep busy, keep listening to music. You like that. Take your medications. See your doctor in time. They won't get you, because they aren't there. I hope you feel better and the feeling goes away. Love and hugs.

I've been there hun and it does feel like they are coming for you. At least you have a safe place and are able to relax to some music that you like. You can send me a private message also if you feel like chatting about it. Take your medication and have some fun. You do have friends, even though we live far apart, we are still friends.

Okay I will keep doing these things until they find me. Please be careful. Don't let them find you!!!! Please be careful.

I am in my room. They can't hear me here. They can however find me at my work. I pray constantly that the kids and I will be safe. I pray. I don't know if I should tell administration.

Please be careful!!!!

I'm being careful and I hope you are too! Stay in your safe place. Listen to safe music. I would not bother letting administration in on your thoughts. They will think you are crazy and you could possibly lose your job. Please call your pdoc as soon as you can and let them know about your feelings and thoughts. I'm saying a prayer for you and hope you have some relief from these feelings and thoughts of other people out to get you soon.

Thanks for warning me, i will be careful. I hope you will feel safe because you are praying and nothing can hurt you God is with you, you are safe. You need to call your pdoc right away b/c nobody is after you, and if you think they are you need to tell your pdoc all about what you are thinking, i'm sure he'll understand. If you feel worse, go to ER, they can help keep you feeling safe there, keep praying, i will pray for you too.

Call the doctor, honey. Sounds like you need to have your meds tweaked. Paranoia is a symptom of mania. Safety is in getting medical professional help for this feeling. I strongly recommend you call the doctor TODAY!!! PLEASE! If not tell someone you trust your feelings of bein in danger. Have them come stay with you until you can get help.
