well my friends, tomorrow is the day. The day for court to determine whether my ex will continue to get away with using my daughter as leverage or not. She lied last time and said I was unstable. I hadn't even had any serious problems by that point, so I guess my honesty about bipolar has shot me in the foot. What I DO have going for me is complete honesty since I was diagnosed, and the fact that I sought help and have med receipts to be able to prove that I have addressed the problem.

If it goes in my favor, you'll all be among the first to know! Wish me luck!!!

If it doesn't then I will continue to write to my little girl every night until her mother decides to grow a brain as well as a heart, and pray for the day to come sooner rather than later.

Good luck! I hope everything goes the best that they can for you.
I had a rose named after me and I was very flattered.
But I was not pleased to read the description in the catalog:

Good luck!!!!!! im going through the same thing, so i'm with you. My trial date is September 20th, but we have a hearing on the 19th of August bc he is trying to compel my medical records. I know how you feel when you talk about "growing a brain." I had been honest about a lot of my "issues" and have gone to therapy, have med records, and my doctors are going to testify, but still he is trying to show how "crazy" I am and you get this feeling like why didnt I just keep my mouth shut and pretend I was fine outside the doctors office. And this could be a serious trigger for you.. So please let me know what happens!

I am sending positive thoughts your way!

I hope that all will go in your favor. I retained custody of my two boys after being diagnosed with BP. A good parent is obvious! Judges see custody cases day in and day out. They know who is using a child for revenge and who isn't. Please have faith in yourself and know that whichever way the judge rules YOU ARE A GOOD FATHER!!!!!!!

Crossed, my prayers are with you and so are my thoughts. I wish you the best of luck. You are a great parent and I think the judge will see that. Do you not see your child at all? This is so cruel. What comes around goes around. You are a very honest person and I think that will count a lot towards you. I want you to get your daughter, you deserve her, and your heartless ex deserves to be alone. I will be praying for you. Good luck!

Didn't even get heard, jus pushed aside for another 3.5 months. In that time she still has the freedom to use our daughter as leverage. I'm spending the day in my room, thank you legal system for failing our daughter.
