MDJunction to me

Joy75"MDJunction to me is a second home. I visit daily to support and get supported. Everyone is so great here. The people are what make this site so
perfect. When someone says I helped them, I feel so good about myself. When
I am down, I come here to talk with my lovely friends. This is a great site
and I’ve come to love it and my friends here. Thank you for making such a
wonderful place to call home!

My Mum has Bipolar.

My Mum is affected by a brain problem called Bipolar. It changes my Mum's moods when she is busy or stressed out.

It happens at least once every day to her and sometimes she either cries after arguing or just gets angry. She calms down after a while but she can't do things like cooking, work etc.

It always happens in our house and it doesn't help us as much as the tablets does. We always help her after she calms down but Bipolar can't be cured because the doctors hasn't found one but in the future, the cure will be found.

It is different with a Mum with Bipolar because they can have headaches, full stomach etc. but it can be helped if you be kind and helpful to each other. I love my Mum, although she has...

Bipolar!

I was proud of her. But at the same time, it breaks my heart.

That would've been my reaction too. She's a perceptive 10 year old.

My response would be the same, also. She seems to have grasped the challenges of bipolar at an early age and appears to be handling it well. It is obvious that she loves and accepts you as you are. What an incredible blessing.

That is so endearing. We often overlook a child's depth of perception when in truth they have profound sense of awareness.

If I have a daughter one day, I hope that she is as understanding of my condition as your daughter jaguar.

She is very understanding of bipolar. I think it's sweet, but kind of sad at the same time. She knows about it at such a young age, she accepts it. She grasps it. I would be proud too.
