i'm just letting my baby take every hair tie out of a bin of them and i'm going to have a big mess to clean up (they were sorted by size, etc. which is rare for me) i am also getting so irritated at the tv noise it seems like the damn thing is always on and it makes so much noise and it is so loud already. i want goo loud like loud music loud or racecar loud, jet engine loud, SONIC BOOM LOUD wait wasn't i just complaining about noise oh yeah good noise and bad noise. where is everyone and what are you everyone's doing? i have to get up and pace around a bit...

Have you ever channeled your energy in artistic creation? I find that if you allow this "flow" to occur, strange and wonderful images show up on paper ... and inform you of what lies in the unconscious!

i find writing very soothing when I'm stressed. It helps putting it into words. I think typing would piss me off dragonfly said.

Hi Arual

In the same space the last couple of days, setting everything up...breaking everything down noise, noise, noise nothing getting done. Spin, spin, spin. No sleep to speak of.

Great suggestions from Spirit and dragonfly2 but just cant seem to nail myself down. Usually can crush a task when I'm hypermanic, but these last few days I'm just aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh spinnin'.

ugh my family is dri]ving me crzzy right now i have to go and will check later thanks for the support at least i can type now although it is 7 in the am i'm not too vamped up yet!

Burn what you write. That's one way to get rid of it if you don't want anyone reading it. Smile

but i dont' want to. i sound like a toddler.. no..(stomp stomp)!

it just freaks me out to write stuff down for real. i really wish i could accomplish some crap in my cluttered apartment. i guess i'm feeling better today, less like a jumping bean...more like a green bean. now i'm just being weird. i'm so used to being down that being up throws me a bit, although it's a welcomed change from misery, i just hope it doesn't go too far or turn into that terrible irritable irritable feeling.
