There are four sections in this Group.

They have an explanation for the topics for discussions beneath each section. Please try to post in the appropriate section so members can reply.

If you start a discussion it is like starting a conversation. Please return to it from time to time to reply to those posting. In the event you are finished with the discussion please PM a leader and ask them to lock it. It will be closed for comment. You may leave it open for future comments but, please return to read the comments in the future.

In the event the comments become off topic in a discussion, please nicely remind the member the original topic. That will keep the discussion focused on the original intention.

Any questions??? Ask a leader, we are here to make you feel at home and give support.

Comments made by me are from my own experience and they are my opinion alone, whose intent is only to share that opinion and not to give medical advice nor discourage from seeking medical help. Medicine is best left to the professionals that is what they do.

Thanks for this post Norma.... I think it will be a huge help in ensuring that this group remains what it always has been for me; an enjoyable place to come and give/get support in a non-stressful way!!! Again, you're a peach. Kissing

great advice, as always, norma. there are times when it's difficult to know exactly where to post. if you're feeling really worried about it, norma is right. just pm one of us group leaders and we can help you sort it out. posting and reading and commenting on posts is what we're all here for.

thanks again, norma.
