I need to keep a daily mood chart because I'm BP1 rapid cycling and they switch so often...

I find alot of the standard mood charts to be not very user friendly, and if i'm irritable or manic, I tend not to bother with the hassle...

I found a great website where you track your moods with a few clicks of a button and there's the added bonus that you can have the option to view the actual graph! It's amazing to see it when it's in that form instead of a bunch of X's in boxes on a piece of paper.

Also, you can make a special code for pdocs to view the results as well...

AND if you're not so great at remembering to fill out your daily mood chart, you can opt to have reminders sent to your e-mail and cell phone!!

Here's the site!
