I havent had a very good day today, i am really having some trouble coming off this med. Therefore i am going to set a very simple goal for myself today...

Hug my wife at least three times, and hug my son at least four times.

Kinda late to ask but...

What are your goals?

"Josouth" 19 years! Damn! I have been at it for 9 and have almost given up twice. I think now i MAY be on the right path. How have you been able to stick it out so long? You must be one tough cookie.

thanks WTF! I must be a tough cookie, have to be! I am seeing GP tomorrow as i think im paranoid schitzo, not Bipolar or maybe a mixture of both? I keep going because of my family, nothing else really matters to me, apart from you guys of course, this place is my salvation!!

My goal was to go to group therapy...goal completed
Lamictal 150 mg twice a day
Geodone 180 mg. at bed time
Klonopin as needed or 2 mg. 3 X per day
Benadryl 2 doses of 50 mg. bed time
Ambien 2 doses 10 mg. at bed time

Lorazapam as needed or twice a day
