I seem to have A LOT of problems with sleep-either

too much or not enough. I am 150 Lamictal 2x each day,

80 Strattera each AM, 20 Lexapro and 15 Abilify. Always exhausted, no matter what. Little ability to concentrate. Will see GP today; pdoc ASAP.

Has anyone else gone through this?

The numbers are milligrams. Lexapro and Abilify are at night only.

Hi,

I take Lamictal and Abilify, too, and I have to take an anti anxiety med to balance out the effects of the Abilify. It might be the stimulants that are making it hard to sleep. When I get manic, I have a hard time sleeping. My pdoc gave me some Ambien to help me when, I have a hard time sleeping.I would definitely talk to your pdoc about it.

God bless, Gypsy

Sleep is crucial to managing and coping with bipolar. Too little=mania, too much=depression. You might want to try taking the abilify in the morning and if that doesn't work possible the Lexapro too. Its good that you are seeing your GP and your pdoc soon cause like I said sleep is crucial. Let us know of your progress. I hope all goes well.

Many blessings

BE BLESSED!

My GP said to wait this out for a few weeks because my Abilify has just

been increased by 50%. She thinks it may be the seasons too. Never

been dx'd, but past few years had SAD symptoms, so may be that too.

Have to see I guess.
