Hey guys. I just wanted to say that I woke up this morning feeling 100x better. I think my system is finally returning to normal. I think my depression was triggered by three things:

1. the steriods

2. I was also taking hormones for a 'woman problem' and they can cause depression too- I'm off them now

3. I had some drinks last week and the doctor said that alcohol is bad for people with depression as well as making the meds work not as well

So I'm off those two meds and I'm not going to drink anymore. So I think I will do well. I feel much better but if my mood swings down again, I will DEFINITELY come back here for help instead of hurting myself.

You all are wonderful friends and lifesavers. I am so glad to be part of this group now.

Gosh, I'm glad you're feeling better! I guess we all need to watch the other meds we take, and what we do, hey? That was a learning experience for us all, thank you for being brave enough to reach out to us and to share.

I came here before I went into the hospital. Everyone was very loving and encouraging. I felt so much stronger and less nervous and inside myself. I am glad to hear you are feeling well, it's priceless! Always come here when you are in need; we won't fail you. xoxo

I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope

For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; there is yet faith

But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.

Wait without thought, for you are not yet ready for thought:

So the darkness shall be the light, and the stillness the dancing.
