Over the past month or so i have been slowly sliding down. My doc has tried drug alterations, i have been seeing my therapist, ect. I have come to the point where i am cutting myself as a release. I realized i can't stay like this, but i neeed help. Last night I went to the ER.. They wouldn't keep me, becasue even though i am cutting, i am not suicidal, even though i told them i wished i wouldn't wake up. I don't know what to do. My friends think i am nust. "Why can't you just pull out of it?", "Are you just trying to hide from real life?" is what i get. My doc hgave me two options: six weeks of therapy or hospitalization.

IDK - do you feel safe to stay alone? Do they adjust your meds at the outpatient program? Can you get off of work for either of them?

I think these are some things to consider.

I agree. You need to deal with which program will work best for you. I would ask your pdoc for their recommendation as to which program would be best.
Abilify 2 mg at bedtime
Klonopin 8 mg 2mg 4x daily
Cymbalta 60 mg 1 during the day
Lamictal 300 mg 2 during the day, one at bedtime
Luvox CR 100 mg in the morning.
Simvastatin - High Cholesterol bedtime
Metoprolol - High Blood Pressure 2 x during the day
