I also wanted to say, im glad you found this site!!Hope you are finding it helpful like i do!
My name is Amber, Im 30 years old..Married for almost 12 years to my wonderful husband (together for 14). We have 2 children boy/girl. I have recently been diagnosed having Bipolar II.
Im glad to have found this website..I have lots of supportive people in my family. There is nothing else like having people to come to that truely understand, exactly what you are going thru or feeling!

Hey Sheilabeila,

I've been writing about almost the same thing on my post "Crashing". After reading all these posts, I feel like it's a normal part of being bipolar. You're right about the high thing. My boss is always telling me to slow down but I dont know how (except to take ativan) and when you gotta sleep, you gotta sleep. Be careful with dosage changes. they always screw me up. At least we all have clean houses. lol
