Just wondering who else has been through panic attacks. I've been having some different issues lately. I don't have any anxiety or panic attacks now, but I'm starting to experience other highs and lows. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen after being diagnosed with panic disorder.

I've heard they come linked together.

I get severe anxiety during the daytime and early evening hours. Even right now 5:25 am I am suffering from severe anxiety. I have only had one serious panic attack that ended me up in the ER. But I get little panic attacks like when I drive on the highway or if there is a lot of stress at home.
Abilify 2 mg at bedtime
Klonopin 8 mg 2mg 4x daily
Cymbalta 60 mg 1 during the day
Lamictal 300 mg 2 during the day, one at bedtime
Luvox CR 100 mg in the morning.
Simvastatin - High Cholesterol bedtime
Metoprolol - High Blood Pressure 2 x during the day

I'm better equipped to deal with panic attacks, being as I've had so many I feel like my mind finally realized, it's going to end, and I'm still going to be here.

Lately I've been having some severe mood swings.

The other day I was playing a video game with a friend, everytime I interacted with the game I got a real intense and uncomfortable high. Does this sound familiar?

I've had panic attacks for 40 years! They started in my teens, and back then nobody had ever heard of sucha thing. I take a beta blocker (propranolol) and in about 20 minutes it's controlled. I also have used the trick of putting ice in my mouth, I have no clue why that works, but it does. Drucilla

I also have panic attacks ans anxiety. I take Buspar and Paxil and they don't seem to be helping yet, but I'm hoping they need more time.

I have anxiety attacks. I've run from a professional function before due to anxiety. I don't take anything for it. Having my dog close to me help. I'm thinking of getting her certified as an assistance dog.

My anxiety is mainly in a professional setting.
