I have learned so much from others and I'm grateful to all my special friends here. It truly is a place you can talk to people, and you will never be treated negatively. I have found only, caring and kind support here. Thank you Mdj for a place I call my home, when I need to get away from my life..and have unbiased support..

1= Depressed- need my friends

1.5 = Cranky- DEAL WITH IT!

2 = Depressed and I can tell it is going to hang around awhile

2.5 = NUMB

3. Depressed - but my favorite ______ < insert word could cheer me up

4 = partly cloudy, moving but not motivated, functioning

5 = fine, functional, steady, stable, working list

6 = looking forward to the day, sunny, energized

7 = feeling great, looking FANTASTIC, couldn't be better

8 = up since 4 am cleaning, rearranged the living room, wrote the President, had sex twice with myself!

9 = can't stop thinking, why are all these other people so slow and stupid, time is short possibilities unlimited, I need to write that down perhaps start a novel, get out of my way

10 = the television told me I was sent by God direct to save the world so I gave away all my worldly possessions and am walking the universe ridding it from evil as I find it...and it is everywhere

Was 1 & 2.5 this morning - sleep issues. Up to 4 now.

Mr. Tom is here and he is a frisky 7, I am excited and want to play, Poor Erin she is going to hit me over the head to get me to slow down.......yeah right that would not work.....ok have fun come see us at Bipolar with PTSD group we have a Fireside chat everyday check in and see what is going on.

still at 100 points below zero-but i'm slowly being put on lamictal so maybe that will be the one to pull me out of this-if not I will keep trying.

I was a 1 this morning but now that I am at work I would say that I am a 4-5. I had horrible dreams last night and had a panic attack on the way to work this morning.
Abilify 2 mg at bedtime
Klonopin 8 mg 2mg 4x daily
Cymbalta 60 mg 1 during the day
Lamictal 300 mg 2 during the day, one at bedtime
Luvox CR 100 mg in the morning.
Simvastatin - High Cholesterol bedtime
Metoprolol - High Blood Pressure 2 x during the day
