Dit"I've been a grateful member here for over 4 yrs this place has changed my life of course for the better, coming to the groups has enabled me to no longer feel so alone. As a group leader for the Bipolar Support group I can relate to others and am expressing my experience strength and hope and this is very rewarding, I've also made many supportive friends here whom I talk to some daily. I used to have a lot of 'lows' since becoming member here at MdJunction I no longer have these lows." (Dit)

Not to harp on the oz thing but we start the college year in March. What will you study? Hope the visit to the dr is constructive. You have to be planning now how to be disciplined with the management and theraly plan your dr advises, so you are able to work through college with the least amount of hiccups. I have to very disciplined about not drinking, sleeping regular hours, not watching certain types of movies, etc. Really hard for someone of your age but you can lose so much of the good parts of life if you don't try. Listan hard, do your best, hugs.

Angel, I am glad to hear that you are going to see your doctor, make sure you tell them the truth about how you have been feeling, perhaps they can add a short term antidepressant to your other medications to help you through this, what other meds are you taking by the way? you've probably said, but this old brain has too many brain cells fried from years of drinking and drugging..
