What I do because I lost my dad to brain cancer 5 years ago is say a prayer or do a rosary because I refuse to go to the cementary where I get depressed and scared. Not for nothing but if your ex beat you up or violated you you should get the courage to tell the authorities because you never know when he will do this to you again. Men are replaceable and there are a lot of good sex toys out on the market try the pleasure chest.

AMEN! FuzzyCat. Guys are replaceable. I believe you have to honor the ones in your life in some way. I pray that you will find some relief. When I am feeling really stale a simple breath of fresh air can lighten the load a bit. However you can find a simple way to nurture yourself, do it. You deserve it, AngelSmile
Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
The leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

fuzzy, golf...you guys are brutal Laughing.

Angel, you need to file the report just to keep him from possibly perpetrating whatever the infraction is on someone else.

That's to be expected. When you get my age you will have a lot of anniversary dates in the backlog so it's how we handle them that counts and much of the time it's a day of grieving...that's normal. Here are a sample of mine; Oct 11, Nov 7, Nov 11, Nov 26, Dec 21, Jan 4, Jan 7, Feb 8, Aug 13, May 13 and a bunch more.

Sorry, forgot a big one...Sept 21, 1980, that was the day the last of my hair fell out and I realized I was bald...ruined for life lol.
