i feel like a rubber ball. i guess i'm rapid cycling a little and that sucks because i really havent' experienced that in months. one day last week (when i posted about panic attack at work) i was in such an agitated state i couldn't deal. today, i'm really down and weepy. i think my meds are working as best they can. i'm just feeling overwhelmed which always has brought on rapid cycling for me. i know there are a lot of other rapid cyclers out there. is feeling overwhelmed a trigger for anyone else? if so, what do you do to help yourself control it?
Well behaved women rarely make history.

Thou canst not disturb a flower without the troubling of a star...from "Troubling a Star", by Madelaine L'Engle...we all affect one another by our words and actions...it is our choice whether to do so purposefully and positively, or carelessly and hurtfully...may we all bring to one another the peace that we seek...

Z, I am sorry you have been feeling like this, stopping it is something I am not sure you can do on your own... I know that I couldn't, I had to have help..

Can you pin down what might have brought this on? I know that your work has been hell for you, could that be it?
