Does anyone have a simple recipe for fruit cobbler? I used to be able to buy the dry ingredients at the grocery store, but no one seems to carry them any more locally... Can someone help?

Sure, Joyce. I can always substitute other fruit. (Not that I don't love peaches!)

Joyce: No apology necessary... I am now bat-shit crazy, too!Laughing

No baking soda, or does the self-rising flour take care of that? (Obviously I'm not a baker!)
