Hey everyone, sorry I've been gone so long! It's hard to find time with the baby. I have a quick question.

Has anyone done a background check on someone? DO you have a recommendation on a good site? And can the person find out that you did a check on them?

Need to check on the OW bc she's around my little one.

Does your state have a site for court records which are public? Ours is called CCAP. Google her name also if you haven't already.

I have googled her, just got the basic stuff like social sites, but they're private. I don't.know about the state. I tried searching but couldn't find it. I'll look again.

I also don't know her exact birthdate.

In my state it does not matter who the father lets the child see as long as they did not sexually abuse that particular child.It is ok though if it was a different child. Kind of stinks doesn't it.More then kind of. Guess i am lucky he does not want to see them.

Chelle, I think that is the case in many states! Nonetheless, I think a background check might assure you, Patient, that this Skank is not a bank robber or a child molester or a prostitute. (Ho is different from prostitute, IMO.)

Yeah, I think it's mainly sexual crime, but I might as well find out what I can. I know she's not a prostitute. She had a respectable job & good education (sans moral education, of course). I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Thanks, living. I know she's not a sex offender. I am just checking if she has any misdemeanors, stuff to keep in my back pocket, in case I need it to make an argument or a case. Maybe drug or dui. She's probably squeaky clean, though. She's probably only guilty of being a home-wrecking slut.
