Well, I have been out of the forums for a bit. I was raped two weeks ago, so I just joined the rape support group on here. He didn't use a condom, so I am stressed about that as well. I had been with my ex for so long, I contacted him for support. I guess I felt I needed someone to talk to. He has been really supportive of me, so now, I am speaking with him again.

I just feel like such a winner this year.

I know I need to stop talking to him but this was such an incredibly horrible thing that happened to me, I think I am looking for support wherever I can find it.

Holy $hi* this is terrible! I am so sorry ShyAnneB! We are here to support you! Feel free to PM anyone if you prefer not to discuss things as publicly! I would encourage you to go to the hospital and/or doctor's office to be sure that your health has not been compromised in anyway! I would also suggest therapy if you have access to any! I send huge *hugs* your way and if you need support instead of advice from me just say so!

Spoil yourself this week!

Hi ShyAnneB. I'm new here. I just want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers tonight. I'm so sorry you have to experience this. Please take care of your needs now. The healing will come. Just keep moving forward and get through this.

I am so sorry to hear that this has happened. I have been to your page like four times wanting to post and then not knowing what to say. From reading the story of what happened it sounds like you are taking the right steps and yes I would definately look into a attorney. I can't imagine the confusion or what you may be going through but you are in my thoughts and prayers. It is not your fault he definately took advantage of the situation. If the police wont do anything speak up and find someone who will. Go easy on yourself and take care of yourself. xo

Thanks for your support guys.

Life, I have been all over the medical/therapy appointments. I'm off this week so I am just trying to relax and breathe. I'm reading a lot too. Smile The gift of fear is a pretty good book about not getting yourself in the situation I got into.

Still figuring out the attorney thing... I'm kind of sick of dealing with it. Kind of want to forget it and move on.

Thanks again guys.
