he can just call them and lie basically and say that I'm not feeding the kids?

And they will come and get them or what?

He has the kids so confused they can have just eaten a McDonald's with food containers on the table and he will come in and say in that harsh tone have you guys has supper and they will look at him like a deer in the headlights and say no.

They don't know what to say.

Their best pattern is when they come in from school and have a healthy snack and then eat again about 8-8:30 something hot before they go to bed.

To try to hold them off for a supper time they starve and to feed them at 6 then they are hungry again before bed so we generally divide it up.

I always try to have healthy things for them like yogart, beef jerky, bananas, deli meats to make sandwiches etc.

Dx POTS, anemia, and anxiety.

My lawyer said he tries to divide things equally usually - including custody. That may be something to think about.

But I can't see him getting complete custody.

He's just really out there right now I don't know what he might do.

All I can say, speaking from personal experience, is: make the first move when it comes to custody, otherwise you can end up defending yourself from ridiculous accusations...
