I'm an Advocate

This is more than bumping for eggshells. This is a reality. This is a reality that no one should ever have to go through, to endure, and yet, so many do.

I was in shock and a bit numb as I read this thread. I have copied the safe and unsafe people list. I hope and try to be a safe person to my wife and family.

I initially joined this group as WastedSpace, had to leave, then realized that I needed this site. So here I am under hypnagogic. The reason why I am here on this site is so that I can learn. Yes, I have a diagnosis of bipolar I, rapid cycling and mixed states. I am here so that I don't become what 'living' and so many of you have gone through. My heart cries and aches every time I read about these horrible, confusing, and awful situations. For what y'all have had to go through or are going through, the only thing I can say is that I am sorry and you have my support. "I am sorry" seems so weak, yet it's the only thing I know how to say at this time.

Thank you for allowing me to be here to better myself, to hopefully give some hope and support, and to never put myself in a situation in which my wife has to be here.

All of you are warriors!!

Not a psychiatrist (pdoc) nor a therapist...what you read are my thoughts and there you go.

My mind is like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

Diagnosis: Human

Equetro, Clonazepam, Clonidine, Lamotrigine, Xanax (PRN)

Previous discussions I participated in:
Dark Therapy
Daily Numbers April 9th
Bullying Landlords
