MDJunction to me

cinderella"MDJunction to me is a life saver... when i first was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease i wrote a message to a page i found on google, hoping that they could help me.... you'd never know it but that weird feeling (you know that one where it feels like someone actually cares) came over me when i opened my email next day to find that someone on the other side of the world (at the American Medical Library)had read my message while i was sleeping, and there low and behold was the address to MDJunction.... well it is everything to me, i live it breathe it and love it!!!!! I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other. It is the best place in the world, and i couldn't think of another place to go to meet so many lovely people....

thanks MDJunction

I have finally had some luck treating my insomnia. First thing I did was -

Get out of the marriage !! It is amazing to me how much better I sleep now. Yes, it did take a few weeks of adjusting. I was taking time off work all the time before, due to lack of sleep. Now I sleep 6 - 9 hours every night.

I know lots of us suffer from insomnia, though .. I think it is hormonal for many women, as well as the stress of these marriages. Vicious cycle.

I am so relieved, I think I have kicked the butt of insomnia!! I think I have kicked the butt of that stressed out marriage.

So true, I sleep like a baby now. I quit being a caretaker.

Lord I would sell my hair for a few good nights sleep. Got two hours last night. Went to work this morning and felt like I had been hit by a truck all day. Hopefully soon it will start to kick in for me.

Smile I finally slept last night. At 7 I said I am going to bed at 8. At 8 I said I am going to bed by 9 and at 9 I said enough and went to bed. Slept really good last night for the first time in I don't know when. And I do still have my hair. Tongue
