The 13 year old saw or heard it all. The baby girl saw 20% of it.

Neither of them know he said he was going to shoot me, then the kids and then himself.

He tried to jump out of the car door going down the highway at 55mph.

Everyone in other cars was after him. He was adjusting the mirrors saying someone was following him and going to try to kill him.

omg..........

Thank you, Norma. I am, too. His pdoc said he wasn't going to be responsible for a murder suicide tonite. He said I did the right thing in bringing him in. It was either that or 911 and I was bordering that. I just didn't want the kids to see that in addition to all that's been going on. Plus, he can be quite charming when he sees a police car.

The pdoc tried to be nice and offer to let him sign himself in. But, he showed out and beat on the counter and refused and raged at him. Sooooo.. that did it.

I do feel safer tonite. I didn't go to sleep last night/this am til 5am because I was afraid he would hurt me.

Thank God for a good pdoc! I should have taken your post last night more seriously! I am so sorry I didn't! You know I love you. What a crappy day for you, but bittersweet. You can sleep, you are safe, and he is finally going to get serious scrutiny. This pdoc seems like a keeper.

I read your posts yesterday and knew you were going through a ton. I hope this time they get him stabilized for you. As a parent, this has to be tough going through it with your children. Remember, you must take care of yourself in order to be good for anyone else. Sometimes we have to make the unpopular decisions in order to take care of the majority... and the children.
