Sorry for the drama. But Monicat (introductions) posted again tonight and seems to be in real need. You can go read her story.

I was sure that some of you would have good advice to give her, so wanted to post here as well.

All of my advice is based on experience and reading. I am not a medical doctor, and have never even played one on TV.
