 Is there someone in the area who delivers groceries? Where I live, which is a small(ish) town, there are some deli type places that will deliver cooked meals. Also a couple of grocery stores that still deliver. And we also have meals on wheels for seniors, but if you pay the full rate, anyone could have them delivered.

I wonder if something like that would work as a transition stage until the meds kick in a bit better.
