He needs to 1. make an appointment to see a psychiatrist so that he can 2. start taking medication as prescribed, and 3. make another appointment to see a therapist. You can support him in his efforts to take control of his health, but there is little you can do beyond that. If he wants to come home, you need to set limits on his behavior. "Is this a blessing? Or is it a curse?
Does it get any better? Can it get any worse?
Will it go on forever? Is it over tonight?
