Bipolar dealing with PTSD Support Group

I am so happy to have found this group! I am Bipolar 1 and also have PTSD. I have been through a lot a traumas starting from when I was 4 through adulthood. I hope to meet and become friends with a lot of you, to share my story and to help when I can. I am going to post my story in a few days. It will take a lot out of me to do so, but I hope that by sharing it will help someone else and maybe even create some bonds with others who can identify with me. ~ Sheryl
