I am sorry you are having a rough time of it. No, you are not the only one, a lot of folks dread the holidays.

How you face the kids? Put your shoulders back, stand tall and put on your game face. You know, the fake it til you make it? It won't solve your problems but sometimes helps.

This was one of the worse Xmas holidays ever for me. Fortunately, I have many, many more happier holidays I can draw from - and just look forward to next year being better.

I hope you feel better - not jolly, just not so down.

things get better with time. Yes PTSD is hard to deal with but on top of that we have Bi-polar disorder. I spent most of my holiday sick from allergic reaction on top of all that stuff. i know and understand what your going through. stuff is just hard this time of year.

Hooray! The "holidays" are over! Now all you have to do is remember to write 2012 on your checks.
