I am very pro active with my healing. I've never really been connected with a therapist and have yet to find one that specializes with my condition so therefore I have thought of a creative idea to help me heal from Roberts introjects. I have adopted his introjects on life as my own. So I plan to ask him what his thoughts and core beliefs on 3 topics. I'm going to write down what he says. Then I am going to ask 1 or 2 others how they feel about the topic. I think this is a good way to make aware that there are other introjects out there. Anyone else doing anything to help heal? My idea to healing is complex but even something as simple as journaling or sharing your dream is a big step toward healing.Edited for grammar

I see a therapist once every 2 weeks. More if I need it. I have never had much support (where I feel comfortable with) with friends and family. I have a few friends that know whats going on, but choose not to burden them with my crap.

I wish you luck dealing with this by yourself. And I look forward to the questions that you will bring back. Good Luck.

Well I seen Robert today. He looked better than ever. We had a 2 hour visit but I found it hard to bring up introjects without him knowing what I'm doing. He likes that I have taken on some of his introjects because he thinks they are right. He laughs and tells me he molds me. If anything I learned today that I don't have his criminal introject mind. We argued about the lottery again. He wants me to play but I refuse to because I don't believe in it. He told me that when he gets out he is moving me to the deep dark swamps of Mississippi. I told him we will live where my job is. I also told him I wanted to share some things with him but didn't want his opinion. He fussed at first but agreed. He said he asked some of the other inmates about my new neighborhood in Indy and they told him I live on the quiet side.
