MDJunction to me

mabri"When I was diagnosed about 18 months ago with fibromyalgia, I didn't know where to turn. I got on my computer and looked for a support group where I could talk to other people with the same disease and get some help...Information, suggestions, mostly just what I can do now that I have this.....disorder/disease/syndrome...I didn't even know what to call it. I found MDJ, and yes, there was a support group for fibro. I started a post, and figured I would never get an answer. However, very quickly I was welcomed in, and became really involved in the group. I received help, support, friendship and the feeling of being truly cared about by these strangers who had become like family to me. Now, I have been here for about a year and a half...I have become a group leader, and love every minute of it. It is so wonderful to be able to help others. I still receive help and answers from the members in this group. The fibromyalgia is where I go to help, support, listen, care and even laugh. I don't know what I would do without this group." I got a phone call from my XXX-wife. Seems a nine year old boy accused my 13 year old son of raping him! Let's just throw that out of the mix, the way she told me.

The fact that the little boy is the brother of a girl who was my son's girlfriend last Summer may hqave some part in this. And the boy has been everything but stalking my son around their small town and at school.

So the cops kept Budster,(my son), up very late last night questioning him. They did the same with the other boy. And now they are talking about polygraph, (lie detector), tests? We are talking about freaking kids here! Are they planning on a life sentence or what?

It doesn't help he is 120-some miles away and this whole county hates most of my XXX-wife's family.

Geez, I hate this crap.

Wow cpt., that's alot to deal with. I wish I could help you. I know know what to say. Just wow. Good luck. I am always a pm away.

Please support your son the best you can. Maybe even get xxx wife involved and on the same page. A polygraph wouldn't be a bad idea, but I'm sure it will make like hell for your son. Again good luck with this and I hope you are able to do this without triggering yourself.

Wow...sorry Capt. I think I would drink over something like that. Scary. Goodluck!
You are not drunk unless you have to hang on while lying on the floor.

I would if

A) I had booze

Cool I had money to buy booze

C) I knew it wouldn't kill me to drink.

Now I have Budster's side of the story. Another boy was caught hurting animals. So to try to take heat off himself he accused Budster of raping this other little boy. The susposed victim was stunned on hearing this.

The boy making accusations is a proven liar and theif. The police know him well. They HAD to bring Budster in for questioning just because of the severity of the accusation. I'm hoping this all comes clean in the wash, but with a bunch of rednecks in charge of the county goverment, anything can happen.

I got an update. Son had to spend two nights in the kiddy jail and then was completely exonerated. He decided he does not like being locked in some places like that. He also had to spend time in the ER to get a little finger set from an accident a week ago.

He also refused to help in getting dressed with his arm in a cast from his pinky finger to his elbow and did it himself this morning. They arrested the child who started it has been taken from his home and moved the detention facility for later placement in a foster home.

The fact that he tried to ruin the lives of 3 other children to hide his crimes, the police found lots of stolen property in his room and hiding places seems to have proved all his lies and evil ways. He had changed his story so many times the cops are clearing everyone else involved.

But I still worry about if this will come out with class-mates: These can be a wolfpack looking for any weakness to atack.
