What meds are everyone taking and are they working?

I am taking 240mg of Geodon and it is working for the most part. It don't sedate me like it use to so sometimes I take it with 1 or 2 otc sleep aids.

I also am taking Cymbalta for my depression and I have been taking it since last September. I felt like it didn't work the first 5 months or so but since then it appears to relieve most of my depression.

I know that some will ask why it is important to know what others are taking but personally, I think it is a good idea. It helps us to know who we can ask med questions of.

I am taking Lamictal (200mg), Effexor XR (375mg) and Abilify (5mg). I know this isn't quite the right cocktail for me but it sort of works for now. I get so tired of playing guinea pig with the medications.

Blessings, strength and courage to all.

Although I may be knowledgeable, I am not a doctor, therapist or any other professional in this area. My experiences and opinion are just that. Hopefully others can relate though. :)

My meds and dosages are listed in my signature. This combination has worked to keep me stable for 2 years, but I score in the severely depressed category on paper and pencil tests. So my doctor is working aggressively on my depression right now by changing my meds every month or so.
Bipolar II, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia & PTSD; Alcoholic in recovery since 3/21/07.

Aplenzin 522mg; Pristiq 200mg; Lamictal 400mg; Geodon 160mg; Ativan 1mg TID; Deplin 15mg; Xanax PRN; Metoprol 100mg.
