I need your help. I have been researching and researching this without any good results. If somebody would be so kind to help me research therapy and or coping techniques for traumatic bonding and introjecting, I would really appreciate it. I have not been able to find anything beside the explanation of it. Thank you so much and if you ever need help from me- please ask! Thanks! Lov you guys! Kissing

aww you guys are not slow. The only reason I know about it is because I suffer from it. Traumatic Bonding is where you bond with the person that has traumatized you. Introjecting is where you take on the charateristics, personality traits and insights of the person that traumatized you. I need therapy for this.

where can we start to help you, with me I need to kill my mother that would take care of just about everything for me, naw not really then my dumb ass would feel guilty for kill her, tell us what you need and we will pounce all over helping you..

april, I have been working on researching this for you. I had never even heard of it prior to your posting. you are correct. there is lots of info but nothing about treatment or coping techniques. I will continue to research this for you. As for me, i guess the whole traumatic bonding thing explains why I still today worry that my ex husband may not love me anymore. Even though I spent years being abused by him. makes sense. i'll let you know if I find something
