You're so right, tiredness is huge issue with Seroquel and constant hunger too ... have you tried herbal tea equivalents, maybe at weekend to test them first? Redbush tea is good to get a very slight natural alertness ... I only drink tea and coffee to get going on work mornings, then water and herbal teas ... nettle and fennel teas help with constipation ...

keeping your blood sugar even also seems to help with the tiredness ...sounds weird but exercise is good at getting rid of the tiredness sensation too ...

It's really bizarre what you discover ... good luck!

Hey you're talking to the 'wise' here Wink I've been drinking herbal teas since the 90s mate! In fact, Redbush is my favourite. Still, I prefer drinking mainly water which is of course the best fluid intake.

Where I'm not so 'wise' Wink is exercise. I park away from my place of work so I have a 10-15 minute walk each way. I usually tend to take stairs instead of lifts everywhere I go too. Pretty lame, I know, but it's all I'm up for doing.

That is more exercise than most people get these days. I have neighbors that drive their kids to the school bus stop.

DId you see the picture of the escalator for the gym? Now THIS is crazy.

You park 10-15 minute walk from work? Pat yourself on your back.

Wisewuman,

That actually is pretty good exercise. You are incorporating it into your life without having to sacrifice time. I bet you will be surprised to find out how effective that exercise is.

I am not a Dr and therefore are not able to provide medical advice, the opinions I express are mine and based on my experiences and should not be taken as anything other than my opinion.

You awake as if from a nightmare to find yourself standing in front of a blank wall, dazed with no idea as to how you got there.

You feel something in your hand. You look down to see you are holding paint brush, you are confused. Out of the corner of your eye you see a table, on that table is some paint. The colours make you feel happy and safe, you look to the other side, and there is another table with paint. The colours are dark and remind you of your nightmare, a chill runs down your spine at the thought of it.

You look back at the canvas and see something you missed before. Now you understand. you chose a colour, and begin to paint.

Above the wall was written,

Your life

Inspiration i found in the shower a few yrs back :)
