MDJunction to me

neshama48"Having Crohn's Disease for over 26 years, in the first few years, it lonely and isolating.
Though now my disease is in a near perfect remission, my friends and family are sympathetic to me, but I can not talk to them about this disease. When I stumbled across MD Junction, and met others who had the same disease I was not alone in battling the disease. MD Junction is like a second family, without the judgement or guilt of having Crohn's Disease, but they do give you love and support.

ok, ladies and gentleman lets make a plan to not over do it. as u know, if we over eat we will just feel bad and then eat to feel better, which never works.

temptation will b everywhere, but if we have a plan & give ourselves permission to endulge a little, not 2500 calories little, lol we all should be fine.

w/ love

I can't believe I made it through the holiday without a weight gain this time. I just saw my nutritionist and I lost 2 lbs and I have my period also. I guess I just been focusing on reducing my portions of food and trying so hard not to binge at night and stop myself if I start one. Seeing a nutritionist and still have much to change but doing one thing at a time. Rachele

Thank you for the support. For me it is one bite is one to many. Getting out of relapse is sooo hard. Everyone have a great week end. Hugs

Yeah, I know all about that one bite can turn into one bite too many or eating something that could feed a few people on really bad nights. I have been better lately and not binged much but my mood is down, depressed and anxious especially during the day. I'm surprised I haven't binged.
