MAy 15th was the 31st Anniversary of my mother's death. Sometimes I can't believe so much time has past. All the milesstones in my life have been without her. My first boyfriend, high school graduation, college graduation, marriage, children. the list goes on and on. Sometimes it feels like I never had her in my life so much time has past. But then I know I wouldn't be who i am today without the short time I did have with her. For so many years I have been angry that she was taken from me when I needed her most. At times I think the anger is gone and then there are times like now that I know it is still there. How do I get rid of it! I don't want to be angry but I can't help it.It was only 3 years after she passed that my father did too. So all those milestones have been without out him to. how fair is that? I know life isn't suppose to be fair and we don't always get to know "why" but sometimes I just get so frustrated I can't stand it. I'm not sure what i'm asking for from you my friends in writing this. i think I just needed to vent to people who know how I feel. It's 3:30 in the morning and I can't sleep. I appreciate all of you here. without you I never would have been able to face some of the feelings I have buried away for so long. thank you all for being there

It is natural to have wanted your parents there with all those special times. We may never know why they had to go so soon bt accept their must have been a reason. As you go through those times of frustration we are here for you. e share in your joys and sorrows, etc. Im sorry sleeping in a problem againfor you. That doesnt help at all. It is very hard to handle things w/o sleep. I am glad you could write it out ,Snoopy It is good to get things out that we have buried even if it makes us sad, frustrated, etc. I will be away today but will always check my messages when I get back. Here is my shoulder and ears for you. Biggest hugs

It is good to have a safe place where we can be free to talk about our feelings, etc. We are here for you snoopy. You helped me tremendously when I first came here. You helped me through the hardest part of grief. I will always appreciate you. Here is an extra big hug for you, Karen. ((((((H U G S)))))))))))))))
