Just a quick note to tell you all. I got the paper to sign for approval. They misspelled moms name. I hope they get it right. I am glad I wont ever have to deal with this company again. They are so incompetent. They said it would be ready the end of July. Lets hope they get it right. I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery,music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive. |

Well I still dont have the headstone on her grave. I think it is time for a nasty letter. They have done enough screw ups. It has been 9 months since my mom died. It is time to give her her stone. Is this a place you can go to in person? maybe a face to face visit would be more helpful in getting across your emotions on the subject. either way make sure you go to whom ever is in charge. Also a well placed threat about going to the news media about their lack of compitance and consideration during such a difficult time would maybe help. Good Luck Karen |

It is in Pennsylvania at least 200 or so miles away. I have called and called and no one answers. I leave messages but no one answers. I am usually pretty patient but by now I am fristrated and getting really aggravated. I was think of using the words Better Business Bureau in my letter. That might work. Thanks karen. you may also want to add how you will be talking to some of the local cemetaries and funeral homes and letting them know what horrible treatment you have received from them so they know not to ever recommend them. You have to hit them where it hurts. |

Tomorrow is my moms first anniversary ansd I still dont know whether the stone is there or not. This isnt fair. We paid a lot of money for this stone. What is going on with this company? We have canceled checks to prove it is paid for. I am ok with her death but these other issues are annoying. I just want it to end. No one needs to have to worry about receipts of things and headstones a year later. It is obsured. I am actually angry about it by now. I hardly ever get mad but this really bugs me. First May you mother's memory be eternal. about the head stone some cemeteries wait at least six months before they put the head stone they told us when my parents and sister passed away that the ground needs to settle depending on what state u r in because the weather has an effect on that. At least I hope that is the case and I hope that u will find her headstone on there when u visit on the 18th. I will say a little prayer for u and ur family my singingangel. God bless. |

oh singingangel, I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this. This company is being really crappy. You should not have to be dealing with this. Losing a loved one is hard enuf but when people who work with those who are grieving take advantage it is just wrong.
