 I am so frustrated. The headstone was ordered way back in Jan. Now I find out they lost the order. We have already paid for half of the stone. First a foundation has to be made and then the stone can be placed. I was hoping I could see it when we go up to Pa. again. Now I know it wont be done for awhile. Sorry. it was just my turn to vent.

 always allowed. we all need out turns. I know this must be very frustrating for you. Hang in maybe the'll try and rush it since they lost the order in the first place.

 They definately should do a rush because it was their fault and this is big time important, that stinks. I know my father had to send them the balance of the stone before they even gave him a date to put it up. I'm thinking about you and not me for a change and I hope it can get straightened out for you.

 I will be getting another order form in the mail. Hopefully they wont lose this one. I want to have this done. I feel I need to have her headstone to do her new graveside service. That one will be just my family. I want her to have one that isnt done disrespectably. My mom deserves honor. Yes she had her faults but she also taught me how to be a good and kind person.

 These people are disorganized or something. They sent me new order form but have the wrong cemetery listed. Why would I want my moms headstone at the wrong cemetery? How aggravating. They didnt mark down the deposit either. Im nt paying them twice. Once is expensive enough. Guess another phone call is in order.

 you poor thing. You've had enough to deal with you don't need this. keep on them til they do it right and if I were you I'd tell them you want some money taken off for the aggrevation they have put you through

 Well after telling me that someone would appreciate it if I let them use my mothers headstone for their loved one, I was able to convince the lady I want the headstone on my moms grave. What is wrong with these people? Why would someone want the wrong headstone on the grave? This lady spent 10 minutes telling me I should allow them to give it to someone else. I will be glad when it is finally on my moms grave.
