via an automated dialer system...

I had cancelled my last doctor's visit because I didn't want to pay my $15. copay to only be told that I'm still making progress and that there isn't anything they can do.

The way I cancelled it was when my telephone rang and the automated call directed me to:

Press 1 if you confirm, Press 2 if you are canceling, etc...

Well... I just found a letter from my neurologist that says I owe $35. for a no-show visit.

You know I'll be on the telephone bright and early Monday morning...

I'll let you know what they say...
